    We have tried lots of options (different resolutions, minimizing and etc.), but we did not manage to make the chat disappear. Unfortunately, we can not explain the reason for the appearance of this bug, but we will contact with our developers team and tell them about such problem, so they could find source of this problem.

    We have contacted with our developers team about this error to get more details because of what this problem could take its place. Earlier we haven't faced with such problem and no one of our players. This problem was because of some kind of unexpected error on the side of Facebook.

    Belle Irlan is totally right. We have nothing in common with TrialPay.

     

    If you have an issue with TrialPay.com, so go straight to our website, then click on forum and register on it, using the same (gmail.com or another domain) address associated with your facebook account. After that your offer status on TrialPay.com will be automatically re-checked. May be it could help you.

    Not enough details for understanding in what problem can be. We have checked this problem on ourselves, but no problem was found. Trty to do the same as written in this topic: http://forums.creagames.com/index.php?/topic/654-problems-with-game-firstly-visit-this-page/. Also we can recommend you to launch browser in incognito mode/private protected tab (If you have such. It also may have different names and it depends on browser you use) firstly, before pasting your friend's login details into Facebook Gameroom. Remember that if you have created Facebook accout for your friend, so it may cause some problems from Facebook, because it is forbidden to create multiple accounts.

  12. Belle Irlan is correct as always. This problem seems like cosmetic and it is not possible to fix it, because different players have different nicknames. Some nicknames displays correctly, and others that are too long symbolic may have problems with displaying. We have notified our developers team about this problem already.
